Nice numbas. How old are you?

I started with these calculated maxes although I don't know if I could really get them yet...

Bench 245
squat 300
dead 233 (haven't done a lot of deadlifting before)

Ohp...115 (lulz...this may be a bit low)

Those are solid beginning numbers. With good technique your DL will shoot up quickly. I sumo deadlift for the most part. I aux conventional and suitcase DL.

Mine are holding steady even though I don't lift as heavy as I used to..

Bench: 285
Squat: 345
Deadlift: 405
