Yeah Cdawg, that's what's so mind boggling to me. At one time, I'd equate "Oz" to the greatest era of Sunday night HBO. But it's borderline terrible now, in 2015.
Maybe we can at least credit it as a launching pad, or rough draft that helped get the truly great shows right. Once they learned how to use the shock value in the right amounts and accommodate the story, instead of it being the other way around. Also, it definitely got me to a level of "nothing grosses me out anymore" as far as senses. I mean watching Beecher passionately French kiss Keller in season 2 made me less umm disgusted by the gays when I see it on tv now.
