I don't know the answer to this, but if they can the NCAA better step in quick. it's just a circumvention of the rules, much like the cam newton thing where cam's dad was paid (w/o cam's knowledge, of course

Yep...I was just wondering also if they were owed back payments for use of the symbol for profit. If so, does it have any violation implications....aTm using a trademark of a players family for profit even if they don't pay the royalties to the owner of the trademark (players family).
