Ah your internet is beast. Just make sure your wifi has enough range and has a good signal around it.
And yeah I did not realize the fire tv was not in stock until then! That is a bummer. The cool thing with amazon ordering though is if you don't like the product they are so easy to return with.. so if you didn't like your roku stick you could easily return it for the fire tv.
One more tip to know is that these sticks plug in HDMI of course, but they are powered via USB. So usually the back of your tv will have a USB input you can use, or you can use your set top box's USB input. Also they come with a power adapter or you can use say like your iPhone's usb power plug in.. but this is not necessary.. However, I have found when I use these sticks on older tvs (even with the hdmi) I have better success using the actual plug into an outlet over relying strictly on USB power.. so if your stick is slow then consider using the actual adapter.. Otherwise you should have no issue just plugging in via USB.
Just giving a heads up there just in case.
