Excedrin migraine does the trick and I get extreme migraines

careful with the Topimax, it helped a lot but over time it had significant side effects like my wife not remembering where she lived etc. Also seem the generic didnt work nearly as well which is really unusual as only difference is inert ingredients. Imitrex made my wide ill.
