If you've been working out for a while and are getting stuck on your weights, I would suggest Wendler's 5/3/1.
I've been using it for about a year and it's one of the only programs I've noticed consistent increases in my weights lifted.
It is slower as far as progression goes, but it'll keep your joints and such healthy as long as you take the prescribed deload/off weeks.
