One of my friends moved to a new apartment, and he started getting complaints that his dog was barking during the day. The dog was like 8 years and had never had a problem with barking...so my friend set up a PopCam that would stream video to his phone every time there was motion and noise in the apartment.

Turns out, she was barking so the neighbors had somewhat a concern and right. A new dog in a new place will probably be a little more defensive and on alert.

Might be a good idea to set up something like that to prove that your dog is actually not barking. (or find out for yourself if it might be a problem)
