I flew with them last month, the first time in more than a decade. Four flights, in and out of Chicago. They were actually surprisingly good.
Honestly, there isn't a lot of difference between domestic major carriers. Usually just tedious, but sometimes awful.

Only issue I really had was sitting on the plain for an hour both ways and being late each time going from Houston to new Orleans.
