United blows.

There are shittier non-major airlines, but United is the worst large carrier. The other big carriers are close, all domestic airlines are terrible these days, but United is rock bottom.

I loved Continental. They were MY airline. They treated you well, took care if their fleet, their booking systems functioned properly, and their emoloyees liked them. Their merger with United is nothing short of a tragedy. I remember for about a year after the merger, if you had a Continental crew, they'd announce themselves as a former Continental crew pre-flight and passengers would CHEER. I weep for what we lost in Continental Airlines.
