guess CW doesn't care about different roles for the same actor. If the aquaman pilot would have taken off i think it was the same guy who was Oliver Queen in smallville

Except Oliver told diggle very early in season 2 that he had been lying and wasn't always on the island.

What will be the explanation when Oliver or Felicity or Laurel or anybody from arrow crosses over to Atom? Do they just expect the audience to accept that the characters don't recognize her?
You don't bring Lotz back if she's just going to be playing some new random character. Any actress can do that. You bring her back because she's already been established as Sara and you have plans for her.
