They don't have a prostate, they have Skene's glands which are analogous to the male prostate. It's been thought that they are where female ejaculate comes from, but there isn't really any proof. They appear to secrete basically components of male prostatic fluid. There was a recent study that seemed to point to squirting being pee, but it measured bladder fullness before vs after squirting via ultrasound and found bladders to be emptier after. Not exact science. I hadn't really looked any deeper than that study that went aroudn recently. IIRC in the female squirt stuff they found small amounts in some of what may be prostatic secretions, from the Skene's glands, but they didn't seem to look into that much.
