That's disgusting, especially the so-called "witnesses" that attested to hearing slaps and whatnot.
Seems weird that he just walked up and put the envelope in that officer's chest, but either way this whole situation is pretty scary.
Also:
The narrator of that story needs to be careful pronouncing that. Good Lord..
Every time he says it, I have to think about what he's saying.
