I agree, even if it is just for depth. I love PT out of the backfield, but he just hasn't been able to stay healthy for us. We need someone who can come in when he's knocked out, but also brings a different type of passing game threat.

Robinson and Ingram have the exact same role, but Robinson essentially costs us nothing with the 52 man cap rules. I love the way Ingram has run the last 2.5 years, but I just don't think it is the right move to re-sign him for what I think he'll demand at well over $3 million/year.

I think we can add Reggie + draft a guy late and come out well ahead against the cap while having a more dynamic attack.

and you propose bringing in reggie bush, who was never healthy his whole career? heck, lets bring back devery, I am sure he can still run fast.

time to get out of this mindset that if someone played for the 2009 saints he can comeback to the team. its cost us dearly the last few years. time to get some fresh blood.bringing back reggie does nothing but ties up a spot that a younger cheaper player can take.
