I love this time of year! I'm usually the envy of my neighbors so I take this shite seriously. Time to weed n feed the yard, spot-spray weeds, then spread greenmax all over the place. Gonna do my annual re-mulching also. A month from now my yard is going to yet again be the greenest, most weed-free yard in the subdivision.

Yea, I'm excited about this and no, IDGAF what you think. Who else is going to start on their yard soon?

I'd like to be right there with you. Dumb it down for me. What do I need to get?

Right now my backyard is infested with clover and I hate it.

If you want to plant some fruit trees, now is time.

As far as your yard goes night want to wait till it quits raining.

I plan on spreading more cayenne pepper all over my yard this weekend to keep Glassman's dog from shitting in it

You are doing it wrong unless the rules of nature are different in your neck of the woods.

I was thinking the same but not sure when is the best time to start here in GA. Few questions: do you aereate your yard? If so, when? Also, what do you spot treat weeds with in the yard - and does it harm the grass? And, given that our grass is still winter brown, when is the best time to fertilize it?

Bunch of rookies in here.

Sprayed MSM and Sencor over the whole place about 2 weeks ago. Place is totally weed and clover free.

Will drop 100 lbs. of Sahara turfgrass bermuda seed in Mid-March.

Golfcourse yard- [on] off

I just moved in in October. I layed some sod but mostly seeded rye. Next month I'll probably seed centipede and start building flower beds.

You should put ZERO fert on your lawn until it's at 50% green up.
