Right? They look like slippers, but they go over your hands.

I saw them the other day and I wondered if I should get them. My hands are really calloused, which I don't mind, but sometimes the bar will pinch the areas around the callous and it always messes up my flow when I'm doing high reps.

I just don't want to lose bro-points.

Jowls, talk to me about meal replacement...

I have a Krav class at 7pm. I don't like to eat before b/c it'll make me want to vomit... and most of the time I'm not that hungry after. I've never been much for eating later in the evening (after 7-8pm) so what are some good options instead of eating a meal?

Muscle Milk type shite, Ensure, some kind of bar? I just want something quick that'll hold me over til it's EGG time the next morning.
