They'll get out of it by 2020 IMO.
If they Rays leave, I won't cry, but I'm part of the problem. Being a family of carpetbaggers and all. Of course, the Rays weren't even a team when we got here.
They need to put the fricking stadium in channelside! They can work with the Lightning/whoever owns the Ice Palace now and build a garage right across from were the current one is right outside the Forum. Then build an awesome plaza connecting the two stadiums. right here:
