In 20 years blacks will be governed by a different set of laws with lower standards, mark my words.

For example, armed robbery may result in probation and community rehabilitation for blacks. This may seem outlandish now but we've been heading down this road for years.

I agree. THe main problem the the blacks is that they refuse to accept responsibility and look inward for solutions to their problems. This is the reason why I refuse to live in any place that is more than 15% black and is a large reason why I left Louisiana.
