I remember in the late 80's buying a shite load of Ramen noodles for 10 dollars. I used 3 1/2 dollars to buy me a footlong roast beef at Krogers. 99 cents more got me a big bag or regular corn chips. Diet soda was 50 cents out of the machine. Had a couple of dorm buddies who would tip the coke machine at a 60 degree angle and drinks would come out. That only lasted for a couple of weeks.
