re: For those thinking about suicide

I try not to judge those who commit suicide because I can empathize with their feelings of utter despondency and hopelessness. It is physically and emotionally exhausting when you are in a mentally dark time in your life. Sometimes death may seem like a relief to the emotional pain.

I respect the OP for wanting to help others who are considering suicide.
