don't waste your time at the theaters for sure.

it belongs in a redbox starting yesterday.

It really missed Cusak. 3 supporting actors plus Adam Scott can't equal a lead. Also, you get a lot of the jokes from the first movie rehashed in the sequel like you usually do.

Paraphrasing from reddit. If 22 Jump St. is the top end of comedy sequels, then HTTM2 represents the other end. I don't know if it was THAT bad, cause Caddyshack 2 is obviously the anchor on sequel scales.

I'd say if Sex Drive was Clark Duke's arrival into comedy and HTTM was his peek, he's back to square one.

There are some nice boobs to see like the first one tho.

And see, I was really underwhelmed with 22JS. I thought it was pretty good, but I had heard all kinds of shite about how awesome of a sequel it was and all that. I guess my expectations were too high.

I agree that Cusack wasn't anything special in the first one, but can see how the dynamic could be different without him. My mani problem with this sequel is that, as most times, it wasn't necessary. The first movie is so great, and it is pretty much a complete story. This one is just adding more over the top shite (expected) and feels like more of a money grab rather than a meaningful sequel. That being said, I'll still watch it at some point though.

Pretty much this. There were long lulls between laughs. The first one is one of my favorite quotable movies. I laughed nonstop. This one was trying too hard at times. Worth seeing? Yes. In Theater? No.
