Are businesses being shut down? We've got a driver trying to load in Bossier City since 7am and of course no one has shown up yet. According to the driver roads are just fine, no ice or traffic.

There are probably quite a few businesses that will open within an hour or so.
I think most people stayed home this morning until "the roads clear".
