If it's not huntable:
-lease it to someone for cows to graze
-lease it for hay
-dig a big azz lake (sell the dirt) and have a private pond and gun/skeet range
*I have contacts in your area for all of the above
If it's huntable plant pines near the edges and hardwoods and fruit trees in the middle. Frick pecans-too much hassle. Pine trees aint paying much these days but could be a good return 12-15 yrs and again in 30-40.
