Seems to me like she lost all sense even in the face of clear evidence she was sleeping with a psychopath. They completely destroyed the Andrea character during the prison season and the Governor relationship was a huge part of that.

Yep. The scene where she was contemplating stabbing him while he slept she was butt-naked and just got out of bed with him. Her mind was completely fricked.
