Neither have all of the Maggie/Glen sex scenes that they've had. Or the Rosita/Abe sex scene.

Sexual relations out of wedlock might I add. Digusting, immoral behavior constantly shoved down our throats at every opportunity.

Won't hear any argument from me but I do think that was more to show people trying to get back to a "normal" life. It was sad they had to make Maggie into a complete slut about it though. The whole "you can sleep with me if you want" after basically just meeting Glenn was unrealistic. Once again, forced.

Rosita/Abe sex scene

I think this had a clear purpose. It was to show how weird Eugene is and better help us understand the group dynamic. I do think the Abe/Rosita "relationship" is a more forced situation than the others. It feels like that's more of a relationship born out of survival than any type of feeling for each other. I think that scene made more sense than any of the other ones. It makes sense for that situation to feel forced. It told us a lot about Abraham and his group.

95% of sex scenes in any movie or film add nothing to the subject matter. This isn't limited to TWD.
