I think the roster is being built to succeed. Cole, QPon, and Cunningham have all been meaningful in-season pickups and will hopefully have roles going forward into next season. I've already seen marked improvement over last year's disaster of a season. AD will be extended at the first opportunity and then the clock starts ticking to make the team relevant. You'll have about 3-4 years to build a contender.
