Granted it has been over 10 years since I've been to OG but I don't remember it being that bad

Outback does steaks, which aren't easy to mess up if you get the cooking time down. They are pretty solid at getting out a medium/medium rare steak. Obviously you're not gonna get a true medium rare there but they get close.
