re: Why is everyone praising Pat Riley?

I don't really remember Ayon doing shite before he was with us (or after). Smiht really thrived with us as well relative to his pre Hornets career. Ditto Morrow and Belli. Not saying that Dell "discovered" all of them, but he's great at converting trash into quality role players. For all of his faults, Monty deserves credit for that as well.
