They're clearly trying to capitalize off of Under Armour. They should get sued.

It's not that clear. It's pretty damn difficult to confuse "arse Armor" for "Under Armour." "Protect Your Assets" is 66.7% different than "Protect This House." And I don't believe Under Armour was the first to put their brand name on the waistband of their clothing.
