It's a favorable venue for them in Maryland. However, it seems that UA is looking to basically put a monopoly on the use of the work "Armor" or "Armour". That's a pretty generic word to trademark. Essentially they are looking to prohibit the use of the word "Armor" in the name of any and all apparel.
I'm not saying that the "arse Armor" company isn't trying to profit of of the name recognition and goodwill of UA (I think they probably are), but is a court going to allow UA to be the only clothing company allowed to use the word "Armor"?

That's my feeling as well. I think Under Armour's arguments are pretty weak outside of the fact that the guy is probably trying to capitalize off the comparison.
