Lael had a very mature and confident presence in dealing with the press. That will be an added bonus to his evaluation. He had quick responses and was articulate and knowledgeable about the game. He may have the making of a future coach with his ability to communicate the nuances of the game.

Seems like a very engaging guy. He is about to make himself a whole lot of money too
