we all realize JJ has improved our talent level (although this year we're not deep).
But that's only half of it. JJ has to actually coach the talent he has and maximize our production on the floor. This is where he's failing.
Three years in and with the players we have, we should make the tournament. The bad losses to lesser teams are what is so infuriating.
