Pat Tillman
Gave up the professional sports for his country and in the end gave up his life for it as well. Kind of hard not to respect THAT!

My first post in here was a troll. This is the answer to this thread though. When it comes to "respect", there is no way any athlete deserves more than Pat Tillman. He gave up millions and a lifestyle that every man dreams of, to serve his country and fight for our freedom.
