General Chaos was the greatest game ever made! Found that scrolling through Sega Channel one summer.

Battletoads/double dragon and road rash were my two favorite games.

Dungeons & Dragons: Warriors of the Eternal Sun was awesome!
A fairly basic D&D game, one of the first few with an honest-to-God party you could build. The story is pretty decent and it really doesn't take that long to beat. I remember playing it for years.
Jungle Strike and Desert Strike were fantastic, too, but hard as shite. You had a helicopter, game was isometric, and you had to fly in to rescue POWs and accomplish certain missions.

I owned Desert Strike and played it waaaay more than I should have.
Jungle Strike is great too.
I loved my genesis, my best friend had an SNES so I got the nintendo fix across the street.
My fav genesis titles are:
ToeJam & Earl 1&2
Sonic 2
General Chaos (sleeper great game, more fun with 2 players)
Skitchin' (rollerblade racing holding onto cars)
Crusader of Centy (overlooked game, Zelda clone, but you could jump)
NBA JAM TE
Tecmo Super Bowl (the genesis version was amazing)
Phantasy Star IV
Gunstar Heroes
Desert/Jungle Strike
Vectorman
Comix Zone
Golden Axe
Castlevania Bloodlines
Battletoads
Streets of Rage 2/3
Earthworm Jim
Mortal Kombat 2
Super Street Fighter 2
Mutant League Football/Hockey

Flashback: Quest for Identity
This title never got much love and I don't think too many people even knew about it but it was my favorite sega game. The game makers were obviously Schwarzenegger movie fans because the plot and story follow a mix of "running man" and "total recall".
If you can find it, get it.

Man, I really wanted to get some of my favorite games, Crusader of Centry (Best zelda clone ever) is going for $200 for just the cart, and with box up to $500
that's just insanity.

Comix Zone and Ghouls'N Ghosts are a must. I recently picked up Chakan at a flea market and love the game.
If you're into indie games, having retro gameplay and feel, you should look at theindiebox.com. My first box was from January. It came with Super Win the Game, soundtrack, in a SNES like box and a SNES USB controller. Unfortunately, it's sold out now :( It's fun for collectors wanting a physical box and items.
