Really appreciate the advice y'all

Damn, 30# braid and I won't even need any leader line

Just since everyone in here knows their stuff and is real helpful, what type of leader do you use with this set-up? (Let's say you're going for redfish)?

30# leader w/ 30# braid?
Fluro or mono?
Any specific brands?
Prices vary so much by brand and type.

Fluoro leader for sure. 20# and brand doesn't matter as much as make sure you get fluoro leader material as opposed to just a fluoro line you plan to use as a leader. They say the leader is a little tougher. You can do a straight braid to fluoro knot which you can get online or you can do a small swivel to join them also.

Also, you can get fins on Amazon.

As already suggested, 20# fluoro leader is what I recommend going with. I use a uni-to-uni knot for my braid to fluoro connections for inshore.

I'm not as picky when it comes to my leader material.
