I almost went to Doris for our annual Lundi Gras sit down meal but we detoured to Dickie Brennan's Tableau at the last minute. Glad we did based on your description of the steak. I had the rib steak and marrow and was surprised at how really good it was. I wasn't a fan of Dickies before but Tableau may have changed that. You should give the place a try after Lent.
