When I had my retail shop I would get a few calls a week about dead crawfish. I had some claiming over half the sack was dead when I was getting 1-2lbs a sack or less out of the same sacks/batch. I would tell them to bring back the dead ones and I will weight them up and give them a refund. I never heard back from these people.

Then some people would complain like your customer early in the season.
