I was disappointed that all the top officials got the chips, like everyone in the White House. Seems like they could have just left them out entirely and not hurt the plot.
It was a fun movie though and I look forward to what happens next as far as sequels.

Why was that disappointing?
Was somewhat humorous with Obama and made it realistic.
Valentine was either going to kidnap all the top officials in the world or put a chip in them.
All the "bad" top officials got the chip and the "good" top officials liked anal
