No the OP is saying stop melting like a bunch of little crybabies over a few recruits, and here's the point you negative douchebags can't understand, we have no control of where they go, no matter how much we want them.

Concentrate more on the ones we do have, and celebrate them, make them feel welcome and support them.

You complain here constantly and act like you have the answers, your negative comments are endless, when in reality, you probably have trouble controlling your own pathetic life and want to spread that misery to everyone here.
