Many a Saturday night I sat on my front porch and listened to Hawthorn make some of his epic calls. KWKH was all I had to hear LSU and there's a huge part of me that will always miss those days. It won't be the same without him. So yeah, count this old guy in.

Absolutely. It's how many of us followed LSU football for years.

I'm in. I'll miss ol' Jim. But I agree it's time for him to pass on the announcer's microphone to the next guy, who I hope is as entertaining as Jim.
