You sound like a pleasant person.
2,3 and 4 are actually out of the server's control. Those are things that should be taken up with the manager or the chef. How can you hold someone accountable for something that is out of their control? You really hold the server accountable for the hostess giving you an incorrect wait time...before you're even seated in their section?
You sound like a bitch saying that someone has zero skills and that they deserve to make $2.13. At least they are working.
I'm sure that they hope that you never get seated in their section.
