Going to different cities and experiencing how most of them work, I'd say all bars need to place 2 monitors up that has the current tap list on display. It's easy to update and keep up.

Explain this more. Is this like an interactive touch screen? Or just a screen with the beer listed? Do they all fit or does it scroll?

I ask because Bulldog has a scrolling list of their beers on tap on a few TV screens, but I find that the list scrolls painfully slow and I'm better off just looking at the taps or in the case.

But I'd definitely be on board for a screen with a better layout.

I was at the steakhouse in the Fountainbleu in Miami and they had tablets that you could swipe through for their bar. Something you can update on your computer and download to a tablet is the way to go. You just got to make sure someone doesn't steal it.

This. The screen lists all the beers and any pertinent info. Its updated in real time and also shows how much beer is left in each keg (so you know which ones are fresh and which ones are about to kick).
