2016 LA top 10 football recruits

Tryin to get to know this class a little better. What are our chances with each recruit? What are they like? It seems like with a big need for linebackers and defensive tackles this year, 2016 is shaping up pretty well. With two DTs in the Louisiana top 10 and one LB plus the chance of Keiyon Joyner, we should do pretty well. Any info at all you have on these recruits would be much appreciated.

At this point, I feel very confident in the bolded LSU players coming to LSU.

Its so damn early but I'd say LSU will land:
Alexander
Lawrence
Fulton
Sullivan
Divinity
No shot with Patterson, Allen, and Carter.
As far as Jones and Lefore, it depends on who LSU pushes for at WR. LSU already has two WR commits and it's a position with a lot of young talent already on the roster.

As long as Frank Wilson is at LSU, Fulton signing with LSU is as sure as the sun setting in the western sky.

Ed Alexander
I worked with Ed in the weight room some during his sophomore year. Strong as an ox, huge kid. Only thing that concerns me is his toughness. Some other coaches have hinted he needs to get meaner. He has the most Potential from the group to be a star, but right now in the present day Lawrence is the better D tackle. I see this changing in a few years..LSU
quote:
Shea Patterson
No way to sugar coat anything here even with Franks, we lose Shea, we lose a hell of a QB. Best QB I have seen from this area in a long time. Would love to have him in this class. USC/Ole Miss battle with LSU as dark horse.
quote:
Willie Allen
I have always been a big Curtis fan, but I have never liked the Oline transition to college from that school. Big kid, very talented but not a big loss to us especially after this years class. I see him as a bust. Bama
quote:
Shyheim Carter
Great athlete, very developed for his age. Not afraid to come up and lay the wood. Would hate to miss on him but we have depth. Bama
quote:
Rashard Lawrence
Comes from a very well coached school and plays good competition. Aggressive big kid who I see being the top DT in the class from the state at this time. LSU leads but will be a battle with Bama.
quote:
Kristian Fulton
Fundamentally sound player, he is ours if we want him..LSU
quote:
Mykel Jones
Great athlete from a school we need to continue to pound for recruits. Would be a good take to counter the other tall receivers. LSU.
quote:
Clyde Lefore
Much like Mykel, fluid ath. May look elsewhere due to depth. A&M
quote:
Michael Divinity
Huge need for this class. Long build, good speed and can add weight. Reminds me of a more developed Barrow at this point. LSU.
And Drake Davis is my #1 btw..

For the 2016 class you need to think top 20 instead of top 10, that's how stacked it is. Also Drake Davis plans to transfer back.

This is how I think we finish when it's all said and done. Getting Patterson would be icing on the cake, but we already have our QB of the future in Franks, and there are a good amount of QBs that we are on that I like as well.
Carter isn't much of a loss considering the huge amount of top 10 CBs that are high on us. The other two are just WRs and would be a take in previous years, but we need the space for DL and LB. Drake Davis is the final WR we should hold out for.

I've seen three different top 10 and no two are alike.

#1 recruiting class in the making. Tons of talent. This will compliment our past two classes towards a championship team!

Did I miss that Joshua Perry decommitted?
