With today's society there are too many ways to not be homeless.
There are an abundance of options if someone truly needs help and wants to change their life.
Thing is most of the people standing there with their hand out don't want to change their life bad enough. All the sympathetic people enable them to simply hold out their hand to make money. So that's what they do.
