I know this was a bad loss but it's not over yet. after the all star break if we can go on another 10 game run like the one we just had, we will be in good shape. It makes no sense to throw in the towel now and it sends a bad message to the young players and the fans.

I think we NEED Jrue to come back, not to make the playoffs this season, although that'd be great, but so we can see if this core is worth keeping together. One of the biggest decisions to make in the offseason is whether or not to keep Asik. I remember looking earlier in the season before Gordon went down seeing he was top 10 in Rim Protection %. Now he's 17th. LINK If he's a difference maker on defense then maybe you can forgive his offensive short comings, but if he's just average on defense, like he's shown with one of our starting guards out, we need to go a different direction.
Do you go after a Koufos instead? Do you S&T Ryno for Greg Monroe and spend the $8 million in cap space you have if you let Asik go on a Green?
