I suggested the WD.
My point is that living in the Quarter is an experience that not may people have the chance to experience, and if you can you should just try if for a year, or even just 6 months......then check it off your bucket list and move.

This is something to consider. Not sure of your temperament though. Living in the FQ can be fun!
