Because they're being disingenuous. The problem I have this piece of shite is that it doesn't even look well made shite. It looks like a made-for-TV movie that has absolutely nothing to say about sex, it will just contain vapid, cynical scenes depicting it.

This. I've scanned through a copy and it has to be in the lowest percentile of erotic fiction out there. Horny women deserve better than this steaming pile of shite.
