My wife was working at a vet clinic in college.

Someone brought in a "cat" turned out it was a yorkie with mange. Well they got him all cleared up and someone was going to adopt him. Well a vet tech dropped him and he broke his back. Knocked out for 2 hours.

Well he was completely paralyzed. Wife felt bad, started taking him home. Sort of a reason to live type deal. One day he stood up, the next he walked, a week later he was running all over.

He kinda hops like a bunny to get everywhere but you can't stop that little bastard.

Hold out hope, give him lots of attention in the meantime.
