Just go buy one at the home depot and tell them to send someone over to put it in...no point in sweating over $25 difference in cost, IMO...

I worked with a master plumber a few years who's a good friend of mine. Bottom line, don't go cheap, get somebody with a license and dosen't do 5-6 different trades, fwiw

This is a really easy job that you can knock out in an hour or two yourself. No need to pay someone. Plumbers aren't cheap at all. Their labor will cost you more than the water heater probably.

Changing water heater is not very difficult plumbing, so you don't really need a great plumber, just one that will show up , do what they need to and back it up (make sure they are licensed, insured) but go with whoever can get there and get it done
