The floor exercise should be about tumbling abilities However, over the years its morphed into being as much about dance and showmanship as tumbling. She's giving the judges what they demand for a high score.

JayQuest, you really don't know what you are talking about. The floor exercise is still about tumbling--incidentally, tumbling requirements have gotten much harder in the last 10 years, not more relaxed. And Mincie is one of the best tumblers in the country. IN THE COUNTRY. Few collegiate gymnasts do a double lay out as their first run (which she does at the end). None of her skills are easy, and she kicks arse every frigging time.
FX has also always had a dance artistry component, which you apparently take issue with. Dance artistry is not necessarily ballet, it's simply dance. If you can pull off your form of dance, and no one can doubt that Lloimincia does, then you earn your marks on that component as well.
There is no other person on FX in college like her. She is every bit of a rock star in college gymnastics. Don't diminish her work by suggesting that she's pandering to judges.
