Kelly is closer to a Mettenberger type QB. It's still early but Frank's appears to be more of a Mariota type. He prefers to stay in the pocket but has keen pocket awareness, quick feet and open field running skills. Kelly is not a run threat at the collegiate level. Both could be productive and succeed IMO. Kelley looks like Zach Gentry from the 2015 class. I call them guys mobile Mett's. They don't have his huge arm strength, but they both have cannons and are mobile. He'll need a year or two of work, but this guy could be great with all our weapons.

Franks is more of a Jameis Winston/Marcus Mariota hybrid. It depends on how much weight he gains and what system he is in. Both of those guys are athletic (Mariota moreso) and both have high football IQs (some say Winston's rivals Luck). If Franks has that kind of IQ and equals that mobility, he'll redshirt to gain some weight and start as a redshirt freshman.
